Vanessa and Derek provided excellent customer service to get my 2009 Honda civic hybrid back to working in tip top shape after my hybrid battery went kaput 😢….and needed a battery replacement. These people are wonderful. I recently took my Prius to them for preventative maintenance (as the 3rd Gen is known for head gasket issues). When I called them on the phone I noticed right away how kind and transparent they were about parts and repair. It’s rare to find people like this in the car business that have a heart for teaching and who take such great care of their customers.10 out of 10!
