“I was not happy with the rates and payment quotes I had been receiving for a condo that I wanted to purchase, so I was referred to Brad through my Realtor. Brad found a great loan for us, without which we could have not have done this deal, and the loan process went very smoothly because he managed it like a true pro. Additionally, his preliminary closing cost estimates were accurate and thorough, so there were no unpleasant surprises at closing. Thanks Brad! “

I was informed by a friend about Reverse Mortgage and told to give a Brad a call. Brad did a great job explaining process and benefits. When I applied for the mortgage, I had an appraisal problem which Brad was able to overcome. He kept me informed all the way along the process and I would highly recommend him. Thanks Brad!

My Fiancé’ and I were new to Florida and trying to buy our first home together. We were referred to Brad on the advice of our Realtor. Brad thoroughly explained all our options, so we could make the best mortgage decision for us. Brad and his team were great to work with, they communicated exceptionally well, were there with explanations, and we always felt Brad had our best interest in mind. We would recommend Brad to anyone looking for a Mortgage. Thanks Brad.

I had an opportunity to buy a home without using a Realtor and was at a loss where to start. A friend of mine suggested I call Brad to assist with the process. Brad was able to help me put my deal together as well as structure my financing to be able to have less out-of-pocket expenses. I would highly recommend Brad and his team to anyone looking for a mortgage.

I rarely write reviews but I had to share my story. I was in a rushed purchased where I had to put money down before selling my house. Brad took my call immediately without knowing me (he was a referral but I just called the main number), he helped answer my questions, gave me several options. He then continued to work with me finding the right path, securing the right loans, closing costs, etc. I cannot say enough about his responsiveness, knowledge, and professionalism. I see now why he is rated so high. Thanks!

“I was referred to Brad through my in-laws and my daughter, who all have previously used Brad for mortgage assistance. We had a general idea of what we wanted given our constraints, but Brad was able to not only provide us options, but also helped us find the right Realtor to assist. The service was great, Brad and his team always kept us information and were available to answer questions. I am happy to say we found and bought the perfect home for us. Thanks Brad.
