I now have numerous pairs of Olukai, shoes, flips, and golf shoes. I love them all, but most of all, I love the service. It's one thing to put out a good product, it's another to embody the spirit of o'hana that makes Hawaii what it is. Beautiful people, place, and spirit!

If you're on the hunt for the ultimate sandal shopping experience, look no further than Jordan @ OluKai in Hawaii. From the moment I stepped into the store, I knew I was in for something special. The atmosphere exuded warmth and aloha spirit, setting the tone for an unforgettable shopping excursion. But what truly made my visit extraordinary was the exceptional service provided by the manager, Andrea. From the get-go, Andrea went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were not just met, but exceeded. Her extensive knowledge of the brand and its products was evident as she expertly guided me through their impressive selection of sandals. But it wasn't just about making a sale for Andrea; it was about creating a personalized experience tailored to my preferences and lifestyle. She took the time to listen attentively to my needs and preferences, offering valuable insights and recommendations along the way. Whether I was seeking comfort, style, or durability, Andrea had the perfect sandal to match my criteria. What truly stood out was Andrea's genuine passion for OluKai and its mission to create high-quality footwear rooted in Hawaiian culture and craftsmanship. Her enthusiasm was contagious, igniting my own excitement as I explored the various styles and designs. Moreover, Andrea's attention to detail and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction made me feel valued and appreciated as a shopper. She didn't just sell me a pair of sandals; she provided an experience that left a lasting impression. In the end, I walked out of OluKai not only with a pair of top-notch sandals but also with a newfound appreciation for exceptional customer service. Andrea's dedication and expertise set a new standard for what it means to go above and beyond in the retail industry. Without a doubt, OluKai in Hawaii, with Andrea at the helm, has set the bar high for sandal shopping experiences.

Just want to say even though the shoes quite didn't work for my husband, we had amazing customer service for the return. We want to thank Amanda who helped tremendously!!! Amazing!!

Outstanding Service at Olokai Maui I recently visited the Olokai Maui Retail Store and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The store itself is beautifully designed and showcases the brand's craftsmanship perfectly. However, what truly made my visit exceptional was the service I received from Andrea. This is why I always go to this store when on Island. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, patiently answered all my questions, and offered personalized recommendations. Andrea's enthusiasm for the brand was contagious, and she made me feel valued as a customer. Thanks to Andrea, I left the store feeling confident in my purchase and excited to enjoy my new Olokai footwear. She even sourced a pair of shoes I was looking for and is having them shipped to my home. I highly recommend visiting the Olokai Maui Retail Store and experiencing the exceptional service firsthand.

100% the best care I have ever received from a shoe company. Not only is their product quality exceptional, but they stand behind it. I will never buy a pair of sandals from another company. So happy with my sandals!

This shop was just right in every way!! I bought some slippers here the first day of Kaanapali vacation. . The shoes were fine but I had a previous blister problem to work on so I took the slippers back. I was curious about all the fun sneakers and Andrea brought me several styles until I found the perfect pair!! Never had so many Olukais to try!! Plus…. Andrea had the Bibbidi bobbidi boo magic and we had fun too. She also sold my husband some excellent slippers! Yay!!

Been to Olukai ( in Shops @ Wailea ) multiple times, amazing service, super clean & modern interior. For the first time today my husband & I go to the one at Whales Village. It is unbelievably terrible, we stood there looking at the shop assistant for a while, while people went in and left, and we were completely ignored. Out of disbelief of what is going on we just left laughing because that was honestly just shocking. Please hire new shop assistants or train them to attend to the customers who first come in in order. Please😅
