Unresponsive property manager who appears not to be contactable directly, no response to a complaint about him submitted on the company's website - "Unresponsive" is probably their tagline. To think I pay a service charge for this kind of behaviour is extremely galling.

We had the misfortune to have to interact with this agent in connection with commercial property, they really are appalling - utterly unresponsive, arrogant (aggressive and rude, at times). Avoid this agent at all costs.

Adele has been amazingly helpful. Very swift with answers to questions and queries and will always get back to you if she doesn’t have the answer to hand. I would give more than 5 stars if i could.

To be avoided at all costs. After many years of experience with this company I can only say - awful or non-existent service levels, unresponsive, issues and complaints unresolved for months. Surely the worst property management company around.

Avoid at all costs. Takes weeks to even make contact. Empty, vacuous, rude and unhelpful staff. Incredibly appalling service all round.

I agree pure money making scheme with limited services provided. Will be looking to take them to court because it’s ridiculous. Broken door glass and they replace it with wood?

Bought a flat a month ago and since I moved in haven't had a single nights sleep due to banging noise coming from pipes staff simply do not answer their phones or respond to emails. Wish I never bought here.
